I believe that design is about building intentional relationships among people. As a result, I think good design should be inviting and interactive to everyone. Like Dieter Rams said, design should be aesthetic, unobtrusive, and long-lasting. Design should not only integrate seamlessly into its environment, but it should also enrich it and provide an opportunity for building connection. Design should inspire curiosity and spark wonder regardless of the audience’s age.
